We offer free UK returns within 30 days of delivery. International returns are accepted at the customer’s cost.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery or underwear for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return, to the original payment method.

Sale items can be returned for store credit only.
