What are your delivery times?
UK Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days (£3.95, free over £75). UK Express is next working day if ordered before 2pm (£6.95). International delivery available at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
We offer free UK returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. Sale items can be returned for store credit.
How do I find my size?
All Clothmeld dresses follow standard UK sizing. Each product page includes detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
How do I care for my dress?
Care instructions vary by fabric and are listed on each product page and the garment label. We recommend cool washes, gentle detergents and air drying to extend the life of your pieces.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes — popular pieces are restocked when possible. Sign up to our newsletter or use the 'Notify me' option on the product page to be the first to know.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We dispatch quickly, so please contact hello@clothmeld.co.uk within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best to amend it.
Where are your dresses made?
Designed in London and made by trusted partners across Europe, with a focus on responsible production and recycled or natural fibres wherever possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page at any time.
